Schedule Payments Support: System Access and Assistance

Overview:

All program staff, currently without access, must submit a request to gain access to the Schedule Payments System.

The request should include the program(s) you need access to as well as the needed access level for the program(s). The following list shows the access levels in order of increasing access, i.e., each level includes the permissions of all preceding levels.

  • Read Only - View program data
  • Editable - Enter/edit program data
  • Certify - Certify program data
  • Approve - Approve program data
  • Admin - Access to administrative section

What You Need to Do:

  1. Send a request to apportionments@cccco.edu, including the program(s) and access level needed.
  2. Upon receiving the request, further instructions will be provided by the Fiscal Services Unit.
  3. Once your access has been approved by the Fiscal Services Unit, you will receive an invitation via email from the IT department. Follow the instructions in the invitation to accept it.
  4. Sign in and ensure that the details of your permissions (program(s) and access level) are correct before proceeding.

Overview:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for enhanced security during the sign-in process. Users must set up MFA after accepting their invitation to access the Schedule Payments system.

Recommended MFA Applications:

  • Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App
  • Google Authenticator Mobile App
  • Authenticator.cc Browser Extension(Chrome, Edge, and Firefox)

Steps to Set Up MFA:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the invitation email to configure MFA on your device.
  • You may use any of the recommended MFA applications or another supported by your organization.

Overview:

If you have already configured MFA for Schedule Payments and you change or lose your phone, you will need to reset or transfer your MFA setup before logging in to Schedule Payments again.

Steps:

  1. Contact the Help Desk at support@cccco.edu to request an MFA reset.
    • Provide your full name and work email address for verification.
  2. After the reset is confirmed, sign in again to Schedule Payments.
  3. Follow the steps in the “Setting Up MFA” section to configure MFA on your new device.

Important Notes:

  • MFA cannot be transferred automatically between devices.
  • You must re-enroll your new device once the reset is complete.
